Who I Help:
I specialize in ADHD and hold the ADHD-CCSP credential.
I also specialize in eating disorders and am under supervision for Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) through IAEDP.
I have previously completed Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional training.
I often help clients navigating body image distress, depression, life transitions, parenting, relationship stressors and trauma.
I enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ community as an ally.
